Packaging & Delivery
All effort to maintain stock availability is
taken at Wild and Woolly Yarns. However at times
stock may not be immediately available. If this
is the case then we will email you within 48hrs
to notify you of the delay and ask if you still
wish to purchase.
In all other instances where stock is available please allow four to ten (4-10) days for delivery
after payment.
Delivery Fee
Delivery is subject to a courier fee.
This fee will be calculated at time of
purchase.
A surcharge of $3.60 applies for all RD
deliveries within NZ. All effort is taken to
ensure overseas postage prices are current,
however prices are subject to change without
notice. We recommend, and charge in the first
instance, insurance on all overseas orders over
$250NZ in value. If you wish for this charge to
be removed then please contact us directly to
discuss.
Warranty
Because of the unique nature of the
products we are offering there is very little
situation to offer warranty.
The exception for
this is in situations where a book has pages
missing or there is a major fault with any
product. All postage costs incurred in this
process are at the customers expense.
Returns
Due to the nature of most of our product line,
once the product has being opened, no returns
will be accepted unless there is a proven
manufacturers fault or defect with the product,
in which case a replacement will be issued.
